1. Introduction

GreekBnB operates a platform that allows users to discover, search, book, and pay for various travel-related products and services provided by third-party suppliers (“Travel Suppliers”). GreekBnB does not own, control, operate, or manage these services and has no financial involvement in transactions between guests and Travel Suppliers. All bookings, payments, and any related financial transactions are made directly between the guests and the Travel Suppliers, without any monetary processing or handling by GreekBnB.

These services (each a “Travel Product”) are accessible via our website (“www.greekbnb.live”) and mobile version (“www.greekbnb.live”), collectively referred to as our “Platform.”

2. Third-Party Affiliates

We partner with third-party affiliates (“Partners”) to facilitate bookings for certain Travel Products. Examples of such Partners include Rentalcars, Trip.com, and Omio. When a booking is made through one of our Partners, their terms and conditions and privacy policy will apply to the transaction, overriding Section B of these Terms. GreekBnB may receive a commission for bookings made via these Partners.

3. User Agreement

By using our Platform, you agree to:

  • Use our Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
  • Respect the terms set by Travel Suppliers and Partners.

4. License to Use the Platform

GreekBnB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use our Platform strictly for personal and lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
