It has two bedrooms with king-size beds, bathroom with hydromassage, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and dining area, large frond and back balconies, fiber internet, Netflix, cable tv, air conditioning, laptops. At your feet there is the Veaki street where you can find the best cafes, bars and restaurants in the city and the main sidewalk. Also, nearby is a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, grocery store, ATM's. In 15 minutes, just 4 stops away, you can reach the Historic Center of Athens. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Accommodation

The apartment has two bedrooms, 18sqm, with a king size bed, hypoallergenic memory foam mattress, hypoallergenic feather pillows and high-quality bed sheets, bedside tables, wardrobes, hangers, TV, Netflix, laptops, air conditioning, veranda, city view, garden view. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower cabin, always warm water, a washing machine, high quality towels. Kitchen is fully equipped, has an oven, cookware, dishes and cutlery, glasses, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, water filter. The living room has a large corner sofa-bed, dining area, TV, Netflix, fiber internet. The entire apartment is cleaned and spongered daily by two robotic vacuums and disinfected after each check out to welcome new guests. It is secure, has an alarm, security door, external entrance camera, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, elevator. Also available work desk for laptop, iron, bathroom essentials, extra pillows and blankets. The appartment can accommodate up to 6 people with extra comfort. Ideal for businessmen and couples. In summer there is a two-person inflatable pool with filter and chlorination.

Visitor Access

Check in: 13:00 - 14:00. Check out: 10:00 - 11:00. Flexibility on arrival and departure upon request.

You can make use of all rooms and all the appliances inside the apartment.

I provide my guests with the private space they need and i am available when needed. Amazing hospitality! Read reviews! I am willing to share with you everything about the area, the city of Athens and the points of your visits. I am 24/7 at your disposal to answer every question via viber, whatsapp, skype, platform chat, phone, sms. One bedroom is occupied by me but there are times that you will be all alone.

The neighborhood

Cosmopolitan, mainstream, full of stores neighborhood, at the center of the market, between Veaki street and main sidewalk. You can find shops and public services for all of your needs. You have access to coffee, every kind of restaurant, bars. Nearby you can visit cities green park. The red metro line, located a minute from the apartment, can be the main mean of transportation to the city of Athens.

Rules

This apartment is my home and you have to treat it as it was yours, so pay attention to the furnitures, the walls, the appliances and to avoid every kind of damage and stealing of the place. Compensation may be required.

Pets are not allowed in the appartment, neither smoking, drugs, loud noise, parties, accomondation of more people than those agreed.

The hours of communal quiet are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00.

Do not throw paper and other items into the toilet, there's a bucket for them.

Do not recklessly use the air conditioners.
