Rooms

There is a triple room, 12m², with three single beds, a washbasin, air conditioning, TV and five double rooms which each has 10m², two single beds, a washbasin, a fan. The place can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for couples and groups. Rooms are cleaned daily. Cycladic, minimalist, traditional atmosphere. See pictures and reviews! There is free, open, secure parking on the street.

We are always happy to pick up our guests from the harbor by car. We give our guests the private space they need and we are available when needed. Amazing hospitality! Read reviews! The neighborhood

Quiet, Cycladic neighborhood, located in the middle of the old step road with Cycladic stairs, between the Harbor and the Chora (main village). The name of the neighborhood is Germanoli. From your room you can walk in ten minutes on both sides, Harbor and Chora. Very close there is a bakery, a café-bar, a supermarket, a bus stop, a car/scooter rental. Opposite, there is a luxury hotel with spa, swimming pool, restaurant, cocktails.

Transportation

The island of Ios is easy to do around. So in many places you can go on foot, otherwise you can take the bus, taxi, autostop or with the rented car or scooter.

Rules

You can do whatever you like on the island of Ios! However, we ought to be quiet when we are in the room or use public areas, respecting the holidays of the other guests. So, parties or music in the rooms are not allowed, but parties are welcome in Chora!

Behave to the room as if it were your home, so pay attention to the furnitures, the walls, the appliances and to avoid any kind of damage and stealing of the room and shared area. Compensation may be acclaimed.

Inside the rooms is not allowed smoking, drugs, loud noise, parties, accomondation of extra people than those agreed.

The hours of communal quiet are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00.

Do not throw paper and other items into the toilet, there is a bucket for them.

Do not recklessly use the air conditioners.

Keep the key with you, hospitality for extra person is available upon request.
